TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR GOLD HORSE CASINO

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "We" or "Us" means Gold Horse Casino, a land-based casino operated by the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) in partnership with the Border Tribal Council and Little Pine First Nation.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our services, accessing our website, and participating in any promotions or activities offered at our venue, You ("You" or "Your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Access to our casino is restricted to individuals who are 19 years of age or older (21 for those residing outside Saskatchewan) and meet the provincial requirements for identification and proof of residency. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID from all patrons entering our premises.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING POLICY
We encourage responsible gaming practices among our patrons. If You feel that your gambling activities are negatively affecting Your life or finances, we urge You to seek assistance through our self-exclusion program or provincial problem gambling services.
SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM
If You wish to exclude Yourself from access to our casino for a specified period of time, please submit a written request to management outlining the duration and reason for Self-Exclusion. Please note that once Your account is locked due to Self-Exclusion, we will not be able to assist with withdrawing any winnings or providing access to services.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
If You wish to cancel Your membership in our SIGA Rewards program or Your loyalty rewards account, please notify management at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date. Please note that all accrued points and benefits will expire on the specified cancellation date.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All promotional terms, conditions, and restrictions outlined on our website or communicated through our marketing channels are subject to change without notice. By participating in any promotion, You agree to abide by these specific Terms and Conditions as well as Our standard Terms of Use.
GAMBLING REGULATIONS
Our casino operates under the authority of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) and adheres strictly to all applicable laws and regulations related to gaming activities.
PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOSS
You agree that You will be solely responsible for any damage or loss incurred during Your visit to our premises, including but not limited to property theft, accidental losses, or bodily injury resulting from reckless behavior.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing Our obligations if such is caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including without limitation: natural disasters, government restrictions, equipment failures, and supply chain disruptions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our logo, website design, text content, audio materials, visual elements, and all other proprietary material are the exclusive property of Gold Horse Casino or its partners and may not be reproduced in whole or part without express prior written consent from Us.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us relating to Your use of Our services and supersede any previous agreements, discussions, understandings, or arrangements made by parties regarding this subject matter.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of Saskatchewan govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through the courts of the province in which our casino is situated.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve Our right to modify or update any portion of these Terms and Conditions at anytime, with such modifications taking effect immediately upon posting on Our website or notification via email.
NOTICES
All notices given under this Agreement must be delivered to management at the Gold Horse Casino premises during normal business hours. In case of disputes, our internal dispute resolution policy may apply in place of any third-party mediation process.
USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
You agree that You will not interfere with or attempt to alter Our equipment and facilities in any manner that compromises safety features designed for patron protection, including without limitation: tampering with surveillance systems, electrical devices, gaming equipment, plumbing fixtures, or general building elements.
VISITORS RESTRICTIONS
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Guests are not permitted beyond designated areas unless accompanied by an employee of Gold Horse Casino.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
To avoid disputes, We shall provide timely and fair resolution for any issues arising from the Services, with mediation services available through a third-party mediator in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined on Our website.

CONFIDENTIALITY
By participating in any promotion or receiving rewards, You agree not to disclose confidential information regarding Our proprietary terms and conditions.
TERMINATION
We reserve Our right to terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice if We suspect fraud, cheating, money laundering, abuse of promotional rules, or deliberate acts violating Saskatchewan gaming laws.
GOVERNING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions together with Our website's User Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between You and Us relating to Your use of Our services and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements, warranties, conditions, representations, assurances and statements (whether written or oral), concerning this subject matter.
